Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holidays.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.


Shipping to Gifts or Alternate Addresses

Sending a PostBox as a gift?
Simply enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can use this number anytime to check the status of your delivery.


Delays & Issues

While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen delays can occur.
If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please reach out to our team, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and items.
For lost packages, we’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue.
