How many items can I add to a box?
Up to 9 goodies per box order. Each box fits up to 1 large and 2 medium items, with small items filling the rest. Anything that doesn't fit ships alongside in a cute gift bag.
Can I buy items without a box?
Yes! Every item can be bought on its own. Want it gift-ready? Add it to a Build-A-Box and get 10% off.
Can I check out with just a few items?
Yes! Add as few as 1 item or as many as 9. Fill it however you like.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking link as soon as it's on its way.
What if an item I want is out of stock?
We restock popular products regularly. Join our newsletter to hear first when things are back.
Can I send a box directly to someone else?
Absolutely! Enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. You can still use your own phone and email for order updates.
Is there a discount?
Yes! Every Build-A-Box gets 10% off, applied automatically at checkout. Military families, email info@shoppostbox.com for a special discount.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the US only, but we hope to expand very soon.
